An Insight from Sandra
Recently, a friend sent this quote to me because she felt it really resonated with how I help people. It is a passage from a book called Awakening the Divine Soul by Rosanna Ienco, which speaks volumes about how important it is for us to “focus on feelings” in order to move stagnant, disempowering energy from our bodies:
"The truth is that we push things aside, thinking that they can be forgotten and buried…until they chew and chew at us, consuming a huge chunk of our being and taking over our lives. I believe that deeply rooted issues will eventually arise in one form or another - like open wounds that never heal, because they have not been given the special attention it requires for the healing to take place. However, the soul knows when we are ready to face them. When this happens, we must be brave and confront the situation with great courage."
In my experience with facilitating feelings, I’ve seen again and again that it is this willingness, this courage to finally deal with the old energy of old stories that can propel us to new levels of joy and peace and empowerment in our lives. Divine Hugs!

An Insight from Sandra
Sometimes movement of energy brings individuals to a point of joy easily, and other times deep resistance manifests in physical symptoms that take a little longer to move.
